Shimba Lusela

Managing Director

Shimba is a Project Development Practitioner with over six years of experience working and supporting development projects. He has extensive expertise in the planning and management of development projects; i.e. community mobilization, stakeholder engagement, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) engagement, Sustainable Development Goals implementation, and team management and administration. Shimba is also an environmental management and protection practioner, and a registered Environmental Expert with the Tanzania National Environmental Management Council.

 

Master's Degree: Integrated Water Resources Management -- University of Dar es Salaam

Bachelor's Degree: Regional Development Planning -- Institute of Rural Development Planning (Dodoma, Tanzania)

Martino Mbangile

Finance & Administrative Manager

Martino is a multi-skilled development professional, with over six years of experience in development programming. He has expertise in project planning and management; i.e. budgeting, implementation, data collection/analysis, community mobilization, stakeholder engagement,  Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) partnerships, Sustainable Development Goals implementation, and team management. He is strongly motivated to make a difference and contribute to resolving the world’s most pressing needs, living the organization’s values, and continuously learning and improving. 


Master's Degree: Humanitarian Action, Cooperation and Development -- Open University of Tanzania

Bachelor’s Degree: Regional Development Planning -- Institute of Rural Development Planning (Dodoma, Tanzania)

Joshua Dismas

Programmes Manager

Joshua is highly experienced in the implementation of water, agriculture, and environment-related projects for both private and government sectors. His technical expertise covers data collection and analysis, budgeting, community mobilization, implementation of village land use planning, and coordination of alternative livelihood trainings. One of Joshua’s greatest skills is report writing and documentation of success stories. He has coordinated behavior change campaigns aimed at improved farming practices and climate smart agriculture, as well as gender integration projects and involvement of youth and women in project implementation.


Master's Degree: Integrated Water Resources Management (Hydrology specialization) -- University of Dar es Salaam 
Bachelor's Degree: Geography and Environmental Studies -- University of Dar es Salaam
